Our affordable units are currently completely leased.
Seventy Amherst is located in the heart of Amherst, MA and is a multi-family housing development developed by 70 University Drive, LLC consisting of 36 studio, one, two and three bedroom units.
Four (4) of the 36 units will be rented as affordable to those holding a Section 8 voucher or are otherwise qualified by the Local Initiative Program guidelines.
